Shipping Info

I AM KORNY uses DHL Standard Shipping for domestic and International packages. Our shipping rates come directly from your shipping carriers. A small handling fee is added to each order to cover the cost of labor and packaging materials.

Customs

Customers ARE responsible for any taxes or duties applied to their order by their country’s government. Please be aware of your countries customs laws before placing an order with us. We are NOT responsible for delays or financial obligations added to your package via your country's government.
The shipping amount charge by I AM KORNY does not include any country's tax or duty.

International Delays

If you are an international customer and feel you probably should have received your package by now. You may be right. Please contact your local post office and/or local mail carrier. Often packages are held for the collection of tax and duty. It is not uncommon for a postal service to hold a package without letting the customer know.

Please understand once a package leaves our warehouse facility we have no way to rerouting or stopping the delivery. We are also NOT able to contact any international carriers, on your behalf, in an effort to locate an international package.

Returned Shipments

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. It is up to you to track your package and ensure you are there to receive it.

Returned items will be added back into our stock and a refund will be issued back to the customer for the price of the items enclosed. Shipping charges are NEVER refundable. If a fee is applied to the returned package, this amount will be deducted from the customers refund. If you would still like the item or items, you will have to go on-line and replace your order.

Return Policy

We appreciate your business and want you to be happy with your order. If you are unsatisfied with any item for any reason, you can return it for a full refund [minus the original shipping costs]. All returns must be made within 14 days after your item has been received. We do not accept returns after the 14-day period. All sale items are final.

So you must return the unwanted item and then place a new order for the item you would like.

Returned items must be in their original form (not worn, altered, washed) and have all original tags/labels attached and must be accompanied by any original packaging (box, bag, wrapper) the item was sold in. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the items show any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage. In this case you will not be issued a refund.

Customers are financially responsible for shipping item(s) back to I AM KORNY and will not be held accountable for any lost packages.

Any media items such as: CDs, DVDs, vinyl, and cassettes are only returnable if they are still factory shrink-wrapped. Underwear and body jewelry are not returnable. We are not responsible for any media packaging damaged in shipping and will not replace jewel or cassette cases. Art prints or posters damaged by the customer, while opening, will not be replaced or refunded. Please use caution when opening and unrolling all prints and posters.

When returning an item to us it is best to include the original packing slip. If the packaging slip is not available please take a second to write down and include a sheet of page with the following: your name, order #, email address and a brief explanation as to why you are returning the item. This information will help us in expediting your refund.

Only items purchased thru this side can be returned to us.

Merchandise, purchased from an artist while out on tour, may not be return through our site. All items purchased from an artist while out on tour were sold to you “as is” with all sales being final.
